• Responsibilities:
• Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot and repair desktop and  laptop hardware and computer peripherals.
• Upgrade or replace hardware and software systems, which includes the setup of workstations and the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
• Perform customer service related to equipment and systems products by troubleshooting problems, resolving problems, interfacing with vendors for in-warranty returns, installing software and entering resolutions into the remedy problem-tracking database.

The Senior Interactive Designer will be responsible for leading the user interaction/experience for our customers and our family of web products. In this role you will work with a team of designers, developers, project managers, and QA professionals to define and implement exciting and dynamic sites based on the latest technologies. This position requires hands-on development of creative design, wireframing, information architecture, and some front-end coding. You should know what technologies to use for specific situations, but also when not to force it.
