Manchester, NH – Makibie announces the first organization to benefit from the newly formed Makibie Charities: Girls Incorporated of New Hampshire: www.girlsincnewhampshire.org. Girls Incorporated has a 140-year history originating in New England textile mills. Today, Girls Incorporated of New Hampshire camps and after-school programs give young girls the skills and knowledge they need to grow into confident, assertive and informed individuals.
The Makibie Charities partnership with Girls Incorporated of New Hampshire will begin December 11. Makibie Charities will donate time, resources and expertise to the Manchester regional office of the national non-profit organization. Beginning with web design, SEO management and PR services aimed towards fundraising efforts, Makibie will help get the word out about the opportunity offered by Girls Incorporated to local families and businesses. As an expression of Makibie’s core values of commitment to the surrounding community, the Makibie Charities program will continue to seek other altruistic organizations it can help nourish with a commitment of time, resources and funding.
